If you’re in the mood for a springtime shake-up, here are three wellbeing books I’m currently enjoying :-
Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before by Dr Julie focuses on life skills and everyday tools to help us navigate difficult times and flourish.
The Science Of Nutrition by Rhitrition shares so much interesting detail about eating well, in a bite-size, easy to digest format, all packaged in a very easy-on-the-eye coffee table book.
4 Pillar Plan by Dr Chatterjee is also a very easy read, pick up and put down style, packed with uplifting ideas, and a brilliant foundation for overall wellbeing.
Sometimes it’s easier to absorb evidence-based information and make inspired plans when we have easy-to-reference books right there in front of us. So I’m sharing with this in mind and in the hope you might find something useful in these pages, too!
